Cool Mint Oreos
We are getting down to the wire for St. Patrick's Day. I thought it would be fun to make a little treat to celebrate the special day. I used these ingredients.
Dipped the Oreos only half way in some melted bark, added a few sprinkles and ended up with a perfectly scrumptious treat. Chocolate and mint together - absolute heaven!!
Do you have any St. Patrick's Day treats you like to make? Now to figure out a fun "green" dinner for tomorrow evening.

ReplyDeleteThese Oreos look so yummy! I love the idea of sprinkling some sprinkles on the goodies. I guess that sounded so redundant. Still, I do love sprinkles on sweets and pastries. I can say this is one perfect treat, not just for St. Patrick’s Day but also for Christmas. Wonderful post!
