Dollar Tree Peppermint Sticks
I found this jar at the thrift store earlier this year for $1.50. I thought it was a good find.
For Christmas I wanted to fill it with something fun. I found these peppermint sticks at Dollar Tree for $.69 each. I bought 7 of them. (photo compliments of my oldest son)
I thought they would look perfect in my jar. So I had my two little helpers unwrap the candy sticks.
Then we put them in the jar and tied a little ribbon around the top.
Just the perfect touch for Christmas.

How neat! I just saw those peppermint sticks at the dollar store the other day and is it just me or are they smaller then they used to be...or am i just getting old? lol I love this idea its so simple and pretty! thanks for the idea!
