Framed Heart Specimen Art

I am hosting a craft night at the end of the month and wanted to make a couple Valentine’s Day projects. I thought a heart specimen art project would be fun and simple.

 



I used a heart punch, which I recently purchased at Michael’s 50% off, to cut out the hearts. The saying was done in Word and printed off onto some white cardstock. I attached the hearts with some double sided tape and put it in a simple black 5x7 frame. To jazz up the frame a little bit, I added two fabric flowers in the corner with a little hot glue.
 

I love how it turned out! A simple framed project that can easily be changed up for various holidays.
