Sprouts
I wanted to try something new. Sprout some seeds. One day while I was cleaning out my spice cupboard (which I'll show you another day) I came across this bag of seeds. My mom gave me these a couple years ago. Here is the label to give you an idea what kinds of seeds there are.
I put about a teaspoon or soon in a jar, added some water and let them soak over night. Each day I would rise them at least 2 times, but usually 3 times a day using this cool strainer that fits over the top of my jar, you could also use some cheese cloth.
Look at them after 4 days. I think I'll wait just another day or so and then throw them on my sandwich for lunch one day. Can't wait to try them.
So what about you - have you tried sprouting anything?

How interesting! I love sprouts on my tuna sandwich!
