A Little Tile Project
For Christmas this year my aunt gave us this 4x4 tile. I just love the saying.

Since I've been putting away my Christmas decor, I was trying to find a good home for my new gift. I realized I didn't have an easel that was small enough to hold a 4x4 tile and I forgot to pick one up while out shopping today. As I was pulling out some decor I found this plate I picked up at Tai Pan for $2.97.

I pulled out my pop up glue dots and added those to the back of my tile.

Then I stuck that tile right onto the plate - it was the perfect fit and added a little pop of color as well. I can easily remove it since it's only attached with glue dots. That way I can switch out the saying on the plate too.

For now I put it on top of the one of the toy cupboards. I just love it. Thanks auntie for the nice gift.

What a lovely idea! I think the way the green pops is super pretty. It is great that you can switch out the sayings too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice idea. I like the way you used something you had at home to display your tile.
ReplyDeleteOh very cute! It looks like it was made just for your table. What a sweet auntie!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year.
