Chocolate Passion Bowl
We had a weekend packed with lots of fun Easter activities and getting together with family. Saturday morning we got up early and went to the Easter Egg Hunt at the Fitness Center nearby. They boys definitely got their fair share of loot.
We also got to see the Easter bunny while we were there too.
For lunch, we got together with family and had a great pot luck. My aunt made the most adorable veggie rabbit made from Rhodes bread (2 loaves). She saw it on Studio 5 here. Just perfect for an Easter get together.
See the opening in the tummy - just perfect for the dip.
I made a Chocolate Passion Bowl by Kraftfoods. Don't you think strawberries . . .
And chocolate fudge brownies . . .
Go perfect together?
I added the rest of the cool whip and some shaved chocolate at the party.
Now you can make one yourself - I used strawberries instead of raspberries this time, but I have made it was raspberries before and it's just as yummy.
What You Need
2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 baked 9-inch square brownie layer, cooled, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 5-1/2 cups)
2 cups fresh raspberries
Make It
BEAT pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
PLACE half the brownies in 2-qt. bowl; cover with layers of half each of the pudding, remaining COOL WHIP and berries. Repeat.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
The bunny is so cute, great idea!
