Spring Oreos

Last night the boys and I made some fun Spring Oreos.  The Spring Oreos have a yellow filling with some fun prints on the cookie part.  I used some White Almond Bark, but white chocolate chips would work too.

Dip the Oreo half way in the melted bark, add a few sprinkles and your done.

Don't they look so fun and springy.  And they certainly are delicious and more"ish".  So make sure you give half of them to your neighbor.
